US SHIPPING

We blend and fill each bottle in small batches for ultimate freshness. Items will ship within 2–4 business days of your order confirmation. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We primarily ship through USPS. After leaving our studio, USPS typically delivers in 2–5 business days.

We offer standard free shipping on orders over $150 to the US.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

It may take up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Please note, that orders shipped to countries outside the US maybe subject to additional taxes and duties applied by customs authorities in your country. These fees are not included in our shipping fee and is the responsibility of the purchaser. We strongly recommend familiarizing yourself with your local import policies prior to placing your order. If you choose not to pay duties on import and return your package to us, you will be issued store credit for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid.

RETURNS

We want you to have the best experience with LEYOS skincare and will do our best to ensure your happiness with every purchase. If you have any problems with your order (not received, not what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us within 30 days of delivery so that we can take care of it. We will do what we can to resolve any situations that come up.

Returns are processed as store-credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. Please contact us at leyosskincare@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and send the product back to us within 10 days of reaching out.

We will happily replace any damaged items, however we ask for proof of the damage.

Please note, that LEYOS products are handmade and 100% natural and they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in color for example).

LEYOS is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to LEYOS.
